How long do the 3D scans take?
When we are completing a quote for you, we’ll give you an indication of the estimated duration and work with you to find a suitable time to complete the capture to minimise disruption.
We aim to provide you with the first render of your 3D model to review within 48 working hours of completing the 3D capture.
How do we show the 3D tours and 360° worlds?
You’re also able to easily link 3D and 360° content in your Social Media channels yourself, or give us a call and we can talk you through it.
What is included?
Aerial photo & videography includes a complete, edited promotional video of up to five minutes and the raw footage for your own marketing purposes. Our CAA approved drone pilot will complete all the necessary risk assessments and permissions on your behalf.
Do we need a large website to host everything?
What are media-rich hotspots?
We recommend a limited number of hostpots to enhance the virtual experience, without being overkill! The content should also be relevant and engaging – we will work with you to make the hotspots look and feel a part of your business and brand.
How much does it cost?
3D 360° Virtual Tours are charged by the size and location of your business or property for the 3D capture and then a choice of hosting options to suit your needs. The 3D 360° tour must be hosted and viewed via an internet connection – it can’t be downloaded to play offline.
Residential – depends on the size and location of the property but will generally be between £120 and £600 for anything from one up to five bedrooms. The first year of hosting is included, with £78/year for continued hosting beyond that.
Commercial – these tend to be very bespoke, but an area about the size of a doubles tennis court (2,800ft²) would be around £550 to complete the capture. Hosting is charged at £78/year.
360° Worlds are also very bespoke to each of our clients and vary greatly depending on the scope of work. In general, each world with up to three connected 360° photospheres will range from £200 to £500. Our hosting is £78/year – or we can pass it to you to host on your own server, for no additional charge.
We’ve provided this information as an indication of how our prices can range. The prices above include VAT. Please ask us to generate a proposal for your specific project.
